Limitar la comunicaci&oacute;n <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">(no se le da toda la informaci&oacute;n que debiera tener)<strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3pt 0cm 0.0001pt 17.1pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">a<span style=\"text-transform: uppercase\">) &nbsp;Actividades de acoso para reducir las posibilidades de la v&iacute;ctima de comunicarse adecuadamente con otros, incluido el propio acosador:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">1. <span>&nbsp; <\/span>El jefe o acosador no permite a la v&iacute;ctima la posibilidad de comunicarse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">2. <span>&nbsp; <\/span>Se interrumpe continuamente a la v&iacute;ctima cuando habla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">3. <span>&nbsp; <\/span>Los compa&ntilde;eros le impiden expresarse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">4. <span>&nbsp; <\/span>Los compa&ntilde;eros le gritan, le chillan e injurian en voz alta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">5. <span>&nbsp; <\/span>Se producen ataques verbales criticando trabajos realizados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">6. <span>&nbsp; <\/span>Se producen cr&iacute;ticas hacia su vida privada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">7. <span>&nbsp; <\/span>Se aterroriza a la v&iacute;ctima con llamadas telef&oacute;nicas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">8.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>Se le amenaza verbalmente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">9. <span>&nbsp; <\/span>Se le amenaza por escrito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">10. <span> <\/span>Se rechaza el contacto con la v&iacute;ctima (evitando el contacto visual, mediante gestos de rechazo, desd&eacute;n o menosprecio, etc.).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">11. <span> <\/span>Se ignora su presencia, por ejemplo dirigi&eacute;ndose exclusivamente a terceros (como si no le vieran o no existiera).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 3pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">2. Limitar el contacto social <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">(se le a&iacute;sla f&iacute;sicamente de sus compa&ntilde;eros)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3pt 0cm 0.0001pt 17.1pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">b<span style=\"text-transform: uppercase\">)&nbsp; Actividades de acoso para evitar que la v&iacute;ctima tenga la posibilidad de mantener contactos sociales:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">12. No se habla nunca con la v&iacute;ctima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">13. No se le deja que se dirija a uno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">14. Se le asigna a un puesto de trabajo que le a&iacute;sla de sus compa&ntilde;eros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">15. Se proh&iacute;be a sus compa&ntilde;eros hablar con &eacute;l.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">16. Se niega la presencia f&iacute;sica de la v&iacute;ctima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3pt 0cm 0.0001pt 17pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">3.&nbsp;<span> <\/span>Desprestigiar a su persona ante sus compa&ntilde;eros <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">(por medio de bromas desagradables sobre su persona, por ejemplo).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3pt 0cm 0.0001pt 17pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">c<span style=\"text-transform: uppercase\">)&nbsp; &nbsp;Actividades de acoso dirigidas a desacreditar o impedir a la v&iacute;ctima mantener su reputaci&oacute;n personal o laboral:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">17. <span> <\/span>Se maldice o se calumnia a la v&iacute;ctima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">18. <span> <\/span>Se hacen correr cotilleos y rumores orquestados por el acosador.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">19. <span> <\/span>Se ridiculiza a la v&iacute;ctima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">20. <span> <\/span>Se atribuye a la v&iacute;ctima ser una enferma mental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">21. <span> <\/span>Se intenta forzar un examen o diagn&oacute;stico psiqui&aacute;trico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">22. <span> <\/span>Se fabula o inventa una supuesta enfermedad de la v&iacute;ctima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">23. <span> <\/span>Se imitan sus gestos, su postura, su voz y su talante con vistas a poder ridiculizarlos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">24. <span> <\/span>Se atacan sus creencias pol&iacute;ticas o religiosas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">25. <span> <\/span>Se hace burla de su vida privada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">26. <span> <\/span>Se hace burla de sus or&iacute;genes o de su nacionalidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">27. <span> <\/span>Se le obliga a realizar un trabajo humillante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">28. <span> <\/span>Se monitoriza, anota, registra y consigna inequitativamente el trabajo de la v&iacute;ctima en t&eacute;rminos malintencionados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">29. <span> <\/span>Se cuestionan o contestan las decisiones tomadas por la v&iacute;ctima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">30. <span> <\/span>Se le injuria en t&eacute;rminos obscenos o degradantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">31. <span> <\/span>Se acosa sexualmente a la v&iacute;ctima con gestos o proposiciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3pt 0cm 0.0001pt 17pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">4.&nbsp; Desprestigiar y desacreditar su capacidad profesional y laboral <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">(no se valora el trabajo que realiza o no se le encarga trabajo)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 3pt 0cm 0.0001pt 17.1pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">d)&nbsp; <span style=\"text-transform: uppercase\">Actividades de acoso dirigidas a reducir la ocupaci&oacute;n de la v&iacute;ctima y su empleabilidad mediante la desacreditaci&oacute;n profesional.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">32. <span> <\/span>No se asigna a la v&iacute;ctima trabajo ninguno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 34.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -17.1pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; line-height: 150%; color: black\">33. <span> <\/span>Se le priva de cualquier ocupaci&oacute;n, y se vela para que no pueda encontrar ninguna tarea por s&iacute;
