line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"center\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; line-height: 150%\">DEFICIENCIAS DE SEGURIDAD E INCUMPLIMIENTO EMPRESARIAL DE LA LEY DE PREVENCI&Oacute;N DE RIESGOS LABORALES.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"center\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16pt; line-height: 150%\">EXIGENCIA DE CESE INMEDIATO DE RESPONSABLES DE LA  DIRECCI&Oacute;N.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 150%\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><span>En la madrugada del 9 de agosto a la esmeriladora 501 (veh&iacute;culo auxiliar empleado para la revisi&oacute;n de los carriles de las v&iacute;as) se le hubo de colocar un tren por delante y otro por detr&aacute;s, debido a una aver&iacute;a que la imped&iacute;a circular por sus propios medios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><span>Durante su circulaci&oacute;n, el barr&oacute;n (Barra met&aacute;lica para uso excepcional de remolque entre trenes) que permit&iacute;a el acople con el tren de detr&aacute;s se rompi&oacute;, y la esmeriladora s&oacute;lo pudo circular remolcada por delante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><span>M&aacute;s adelante se rompi&oacute; el barr&oacute;n que permit&iacute;a el remolque con el tren de delante y la esmeriladora qued&oacute; &ldquo;en escape libre&rdquo; hasta colisionar con el tren la hab&iacute;a remolcado por <span>&nbsp;<\/span>detr&aacute;s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><span>En la esmeriladora iban dos trabajadores que tuvieron que saltar a las v&iacute;as para salvar su vida, al igual que el conductor del tren que circulaba detr&aacute;s cuando vio acercarse a la esmeriladora sin control alguno. Por este motivo estuvo suspendido el servicio a los viajeros, en un tramo de la L&iacute;nea 4, desde las 6&acute;00h. hasta las 9&acute;45h. ese d&iacute;a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span>Estos hechos son muy semejantes a los que en la madrugada del 10\/4\/2006 causaron la muerte de dos trabajadores en la estaci&oacute;n de Puerta del &Aacute;ngel.<\/span><\/strong><span> M<\/span><span style=\"color: black\">urieron en un accidente de trabajo cuando se encontraban sustituyendo el hilo de tracci&oacute;n el&eacute;ctrica (la catenaria) en la estaci&oacute;n de Puerta del &Aacute;ngel. Un tren (material m&oacute;vil tipo cl&aacute;sico) sin control, el T4 (Tractor 4) y sin que ning&uacute;n mecanismo ni intervenci&oacute;n humana lo evitase, se desplaz&oacute; a contrav&iacute;a desde la estaci&oacute;n de Moncloa, impact&oacute; brutalmente a 80 km.\/h. contra el veh&iacute;culo auxiliar (dresina) donde se encontraban trabajando; y les mat&oacute;. Otro trabajador result&oacute; herido leve y otro ileso. Los responsables de esta tragedia siguen vivos, algunos de ellos imputados por el Juez que instruye el suceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span>HEMOS REQUERIDO A LA EMPRESA:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm 6pt 50.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span>Que informa sobre el procedimiento que ha establecido para la supervisi&oacute;n peri&oacute;dica de estos equipos de trabajo (&ldquo;barrones&rdquo;), con el fin de garantizar que cumplen los requisitos establecidos en la  Normativa, con especial atenci&oacute;n al RD 1215\/97. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm 6pt 50.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span>La inmediata retirada del servicio de todos estos equipos de trabajo que no dispongan de la oportuna certificaci&oacute;n de que cumplen con estos requisitos legales.<\/span><span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 50.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span>Por ello, consideramos esencial que la empresa garantice la existencia de las siguientes medidas y procedimientos de seguridad:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm 6pt 50.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span>Que se establezcan, con la mayor brevedad, las medidas precisas (alarmas, etc.) para que en los enclavamientos, en los aparatos de v&iacute;a y en el Puesto de Mando se detecten situaciones excepcionales como: la detecci&oacute;n de escape de material m&oacute;vil, el rebase de se&ntilde;ales a contrav&iacute;a, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm 6pt 50.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span>Que todos los veh&iacute;culos auxiliares est&eacute;n provistos de: Un sistema de alarma sonora que funcione, por actuaci&oacute;n del conductor del veh&iacute;culo y\/o; en todo caso, de forma autom&aacute;tica, cuando el veh&iacute;culo inicie la marcha sin intervenci&oacute;n del conductor. Y de balizas luminosas rotativas port&aacute;tiles y aut&oacute;nomas en los extremos del veh&iacute;culo, que permitan que los trabajadores que est&aacute;n en la v&iacute;a puedan percibir que se acerca un veh&iacute;culo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt 50.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\"><span>&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span>Que se celebre urgente e inmediatamente una reuni&oacute;n de los m&aacute;ximos responsables de la empresa con la Representaci&oacute;n de los Trabajadores para explicar todo lo sucedido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span>Consideramos que la Direcci&oacute;n, una vez m&aacute;s, demuestra el incumplimiento flagrante de la Ley de Prevenci&oacute;n de Riesgos Laborales<\/span><\/strong><span> y del nulo inter&eacute;s que tiene en garantizar la seguridad de los trabajadores y de los ciudadanos que utilizan este Servicio P&uacute;blico de Transporte.
