Tema tras tema repite lo que hace meses contestaron, y siempre\nampar\u00e1ndose en las <em>autorizaciones pertinentes<\/em>, como ocurre para la <strong>subida\nsalarial del 0,20 % que nos deben del a\u00f1o 2018<\/strong> y para el <strong>ascenso de\nAyudantes a Oficial<\/strong>. En ambos temas la excusa es que afecta a la masa\nsalarial. A Solidaridad Obrera esta excusa no nos vale y entendemos que es la\ndirecci\u00f3n la que est\u00e1 paraliz\u00e1ndolos. El <strong>0,25 % de subida adicional en\nfunci\u00f3n del PIB <\/strong>para 2019 est\u00e1 sujeta a la evoluci\u00f3n del Producto Interior\nBruto de 2019 y se aplicar\u00eda, con car\u00e1cter retroactivo, desde el 1 de julio de\n2019. Para el resto de ascensos en los colectivos como T\u00e9cnicos de Seguridad,\nOficiales Administrativos, Licitaciones, etc, repiten otro de sus argumentos\npreferidos, que no es otro que el del poder organizativo de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si alg\u00fan trabajador, trabajadora o\nsindicato, est\u00e1 dudando a\u00fan de que no existen motivos para las movilizaciones\nque ya hemos comenzado (los anteriormente expuestos m\u00e1s los que se votaron en\nla Asamblea General), tenemos que a\u00f1adir los siguientes: seg\u00fan publica el \u00c1rea\nde Gesti\u00f3n Operativa en la circular N\u00ba 15\/19 se est\u00e1 llevando a cabo una prueba\npiloto cuyo objetivo es <strong>cargar la TTP a trav\u00e9s del tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil<\/strong> (con\npago electr\u00f3nico para todos los t\u00edtulos excepto sencillos y el suplemento de\nAeropuerto). Si adem\u00e1s sumamos que los usuarios de metro dan <strong>avisos<\/strong>\ndesde sus tel\u00e9fonos en la App de Metro para temas de <strong>limpieza en estaciones\ny trenes<\/strong>, y desde el 29 de enero tambi\u00e9n sobre las <strong>incidencias\nrelacionadas con mobiliario y se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de las estaciones<\/strong>, solo admite\nuna respuesta contundente: <strong>movilizaci\u00f3n y lucha en unidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mi\u00e9rcoles <strong>20 de febrero<\/strong> todas\nlas trabajadoras y trabajadores <strong>estamos convocados<\/strong> a las <strong>18:00 h<\/strong>.\na la <strong>manifestaci\u00f3n<\/strong> que saldr\u00e1 de la <strong>Plaza de Jacinto Benavente <\/strong>para\nmarchar hasta la<strong> Puerta del Sol <\/strong>ante<strong> la Presidencia de la Comunidad\nde Madrid<\/strong>. En ella exigiremos: <strong>creaci\u00f3n de empleo por la falta de\nplantilla en Maquinistas, Estaciones y Oficio<\/strong>. El <strong>desamiantado completo\nde trenes e instalaciones<\/strong>, la <strong>vigilancia sanitaria para todos los\ntrabajadores (TACAR)<\/strong> y el <strong>Fondo de Indemnizaciones y compensaciones por\nel envenenamiento<\/strong> al que hemos sido y somos sometidos. La <strong>internalizaci\u00f3n\nde los trabajos<\/strong> entregado a empresas privadas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONTRA EL\nDETERIORO PROGRAMADO DEL SERVICIO PUBLICO.
