{"id":614,"date":"2005-03-28T01:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-03-28T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/2005\/03\/28\/la-2-vestuarios-y-aseos\/"},"modified":"2016-09-19T00:31:26","modified_gmt":"2016-09-19T00:31:26","slug":"la-2-vestuarios-y-aseos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/confederal\/2005\/03\/28\/la-2-vestuarios-y-aseos\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u00ednea 2, vestuarios y aseos"},"content":{"rendered":"<br \/>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 200%\" align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">COMIT&Eacute; de SEGURIDAD y SALUD<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 12pt 0cm; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Asunto: VESTUARIOS y ASEOS de estaciones de la l&iacute;nea 2. 2&ordf; evaluaci&oacute;n realizada conforme al R.D. 486\/1997<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 12pt 0cm; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText\" align=\"right\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 14.2pt 12pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">A continuaci&oacute;n <strong><u>indicamos las deficiencias principales<\/u><\/strong> que hemos detectado tras realizar una segunda evaluaci&oacute;n de los vestuarios y aseos de las estaciones siguientes: Ventas, Manuel Becerra, Goya, Pr&iacute;ncipe de Vergara, Retiro, Banco de Espa&ntilde;a, Sevilla, Sol, &Oacute;pera, Santo Domingo, Noviciado, San Bernardo, Quevedo y Cuatro Caminos. <strong>Requerimos a la empresa que las solvente pronto<\/strong>, teniendo en cuenta que casi la totalidad de ellas persiste desde hace m&aacute;s de un a&ntilde;o, como ya le advertimos en un escrito detallado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 14.2pt 12pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">La empresa ha informado (circular 1\/2005, del Director Gerente) de la obtenci&oacute;n de la certificaci&oacute;n de calidad conforme a la norma UNE-EN-13816 para esta l&iacute;nea. Este escrito, en cambio, demuestra su desconsideraci&oacute;n respecto a los trabajadores. Tambi&eacute;n esperamos que la revisi&oacute;n encargada hace unos d&iacute;as por la Coordinaci&oacute;n de la L&iacute;nea 2 tambi&eacute;n tenga por objetivo solventar todas estas carencias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Estaci&oacute;n de VENTAS<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Vestuario femenino<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\"> (and&eacute;n I de l&iacute;nea 5): carece de espejo y de perchero. <strong>Aseo masculino<\/strong> (acceso al and&eacute;n II de l&iacute;nea 5): deben retirarse los materiales de desecho depositados indebidamente en su interior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Estaci&oacute;n de MANUEL BECERRA<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Vestuarios VE1 y VE3: <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">se encuentran en muy mal estado. <strong>Aseos<\/strong>: estado muy deteriorado, filtraciones, puerta oxidada, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Estaci&oacute;n de GOYA <\/span><\/u><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">(vest&iacute;bulo<span>&nbsp; <\/span>c\/ Felipe II)<strong><u><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Aseo femenino 2<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">: carece de dep&oacute;sito &ldquo;Rentokil&rdquo; y est&aacute; deteriorado por efecto de las filtraciones. <strong>Aseo masculino 2:<\/strong> deficiencias de orden, limpieza y mantenimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Estaci&oacute;n de PR&Iacute;NCIPE de VERGARA<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Vestuarios<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">: muy sucios y olores desagradables; sin espejo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Estaci&oacute;n de RETIRO<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Vestuario femenino<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\"> (vest&iacute;bulo principal): carece de asiento y perchero. <strong>Vestuario masculino<\/strong> (vest&iacute;bulo principal): parece que es utilizado en exclusiva (&ldquo;apropiado&rdquo;) por la contrata de seguridad privada. Adem&aacute;s, la entrada a estas dependencias (y los aseos) est&aacute; muy afectada por las filtraciones y el mal olor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Estaci&oacute;n de BANCO de ESPA&Ntilde;A<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Vestuario femenino<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\"> (cerca del vest&iacute;bulo principal): carece de asiento. <strong>Vestuario masculino<\/strong> (cerca del vest&iacute;bulo principal): carece de asiento y presenta humedades en el suelo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Aseo masculino<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\"> (cerca del vest&iacute;bulo principal): presenta humedades en el suelo. <strong>Aseo femenino<\/strong> (cerca del vest&iacute;bulo principal): en ocasiones, deficiencias de las condiciones ambientales (por malos olores).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">El estado general de estas dependencias ha empeorado desde el a&ntilde;o pasado. Adem&aacute;s, hacemos notar que los vigilantes de seguridad se cambian en la antesala de los aseos, donde han montado una especie de mampara usando varias taquillas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Estaci&oacute;n de SEVILLA<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Vestuario femenino<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\"> (pasillo entre los andenes): carece de asiento y de perchero de pared. <strong>Vestuario masculino<\/strong> (pasillo entre los andenes): carece de asiento y de perchero y es utilizado &ldquo;en exclusiva&rdquo; (&ldquo;apropiado&rdquo;) por el personal de la empresa de seguridad privada. <strong>Aseos<\/strong> (pasillo entre los andenes): deben retirarse el material almacenado en su interior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Estaci&oacute;n de &Oacute;PERA<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Vestuario femenino<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\"> (vest&iacute;bulo principal): carece de espejo, deteriorado, humedades. <strong>Aseos<\/strong> (masculino y femenino) (ca&ntilde;&oacute;n de acceso al Ramal): filtraciones, techo en mal estado, (a veces) presencia de ratones, estado general muy deficiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Estaci&oacute;n de SANTO DOMINGO<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Vestuario femenino<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\"> (vest&iacute;bulo principal): carece de asiento y est&aacute; muy deteriorado (suciedad, filtraciones, etc.). <strong>Vestuario masculino<\/strong> (and&eacute;n I): no hay, est&aacute; usado en exclusiva por los vigilantes de seguridad. <strong>Cuarto de basura<\/strong>: en muy mal estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Estaci&oacute;n de NOVICIADO<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Vestuario femenino<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\"> (habilitado &ldquo;dentro del PCL&rdquo;): carece de asiento. <strong>Vestuario masculino<\/strong> (vest&iacute;bulo principal): carece de asiento y de espejo. Adem&aacute;s, volvemos a reiterar a la empresa que debe se&ntilde;alizar la <strong>zona de paso de techo bajo<\/strong> (acceso vest&iacute;bulo 2) y abordar el <strong>riesgo de accidente por ca&iacute;da<\/strong>, causado por el suelo resbaladizo del pasillo entre el vest&iacute;bulo 2 y la pasarela de andenes. <strong>Aseo<\/strong>: en muy mal estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Estaci&oacute;n de SAN BERNARDO<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText2\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\">Vestuario femenino<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;\"> (&ldquo;dentro del PCL&rdquo;): deficiencias notables de orden, limpieza y mantenimiento.
