{"id":553,"date":"2002-01-11T01:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-01-11T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/2002\/01\/11\/nel-reacciones-alicas\/"},"modified":"2016-09-19T00:31:29","modified_gmt":"2016-09-19T00:31:29","slug":"nel-reacciones-alicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/confederal\/2002\/01\/11\/nel-reacciones-alicas\/","title":{"rendered":"N\u00edquel, reacciones al\u00e9rgicas."},"content":{"rendered":"<br \/>\n<h1 style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm; text-align: left; line-height: 200%\" align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; line-height: 200%\">COMIT&Eacute; DE SEGURIDAD y SALUD<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm; line-height: 200%\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Asunto: <strong>REACCIONES AL&Eacute;RGICAS AL N&Iacute;QUEL<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm; line-height: 200%\"><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Solicitud de informaci&oacute;n<\/span><\/u><\/h2>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm; line-height: 200%\"><u><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Estudio sobre los efectos en la salud de los trabajadores afectados<\/span><\/u><\/h2>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Desde el d&iacute;a 1 de enero de 2002 se est&aacute;n utilizando otras monedas (de 2, 1, 0&acute;50, 0&acute;20, 0&acute;10, 0&acute;05, 0&acute;02 y 0&acute;01 euros), cuya composici&oacute;n met&aacute;lica es diferente al resto de monedas que se utilizan con anterioridad a esa fecha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Durante el d&iacute;a de ayer, diversos medios de comunicaci&oacute;n informaban sobre casos de reacciones al&eacute;rgicas cut&aacute;neas en trabajadores. Si bien ninguno de esos medios aportaba pruebas sobre las causas, es cierto que se establec&iacute;a una relaci&oacute;n entre dichas reacciones y la moneda euro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 6pt 0cm; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">En Metro, hay trabajadores que experimentan reacciones al&eacute;rgicas al n&iacute;quel y que su puesto de trabajo estaba ligado a la venta de billetes y a la recaudaci&oacute;n. Incluso, hay al menos una situaci&oacute;n profesional (reconocida por el INSS) de invalidez en grado de incapacidad permanente total derivada de enfermedad profesional y contra la que present&oacute; demanda la empresa, que fue desestimada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Por medio de este escrito solicitamos a la empresa que realice un seguimiento especial de las reacciones al&eacute;rgicas que se produzcan desde el d&iacute;a 1 de enero y nos informe sobre &eacute;l en el &aacute;mbito de este Comit&eacute;, as&iacute; como a todos los trabajadores mediante un aviso.
