{"id":518,"date":"2002-01-21T01:00:00","date_gmt":"2002-01-21T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/2002\/01\/21\/trenes-5000-asientos-de-conducci\/"},"modified":"2016-09-19T00:31:29","modified_gmt":"2016-09-19T00:31:29","slug":"trenes-5000-asientos-de-conducci","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/confederal\/2002\/01\/21\/trenes-5000-asientos-de-conducci\/","title":{"rendered":"Trenes 5000, Asientos de conducci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<br \/>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: left; line-height: 200%\" align=\"left\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; line-height: 200%\">COMIT&Eacute; DE SEGURIDAD y SALUD<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Asunto: <strong>CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO EN LOS TRENES 5.000<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"right\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">MANTENIMIENTO y CONSERVACI&Oacute;N DE LOS ASIENTOS<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 150%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 150%\">Al igual que nos hemos referido a los trenes 2.000, estamos realizando una investigaci&oacute;n sobre el estado de los asientos de los trenes 5.000, cuyas conclusiones se pueden resumir en la demostraci&oacute;n de la falta de mantenimiento de estos elementos fundamentales del puesto de trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyTextIndent2\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Esta falta de mantenimiento (preventivo y correctivo) origina diversas deficiencias y aver&iacute;as de los mecanismos y componentes de los asientos que afectan negativamente a las condiciones de trabajo, lo que obliga que los trabajadores afectados tengan posturas corporales inadecuadas, que pueden ocasionar compresiones abdominales, molestias en los pies y en las v&eacute;rtebras cervicales y lumbares, dificultades en la circulaci&oacute;n sangu&iacute;nea de las piernas, etc. Todas ellas, debidas al deterioro de los asientos de conducci&oacute;n de estos trenes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Las aver&iacute;as y deficiencias m&aacute;s comunes son: carencia o bloqueo<span>&nbsp; <\/span>de algunas de las llaves de regulaci&oacute;n (lumbar, altura, aproximaci&oacute;n), balanceo vertical y horizontal del asiento, desplazamientos bruscos laterales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">A continuaci&oacute;n indicamos, como<span>&nbsp; <\/span>muestra representativa (recogida entre los d&iacute;as 15 y 18 de enero), una relaci&oacute;n de coches afectados por estas deficiencias: 5.013, 5.021, 5.025, 5.044, 5.506, 5.511, 5.514, 5.564.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Al igual que respecto a los trenes 2.000, requerimos a la empresa que: sustituya los asientos en mal estado, realice un estudio de ergonom&iacute;a completo y que el asiento de conducci&oacute;n sea objeto de una evaluaci&oacute;n de riesgos laborales, se incluyan los asientos en el plan de mantenimiento preventivo de los trenes.
