Esta es una circunstancia de grave peligro para los conductores que encierran los trenes y para cualquier trabajador que haya de acceder a esta cochera, en especial para los trabajadores no habituales en esta l&iacute;nea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>Por lo expuesto, solicitamos se instale otro elemento de comunicaci&oacute;n que permitan la misma con el puesto de mando (tel&eacute;fono selectivo) y con el jefe de sector de la estaci&oacute;n (tel&eacute;fono autom&aacute;tico), dependiendo de quien tenga el mando del enclavamiento, con el fin de confirmar que no existe peligro y se puede atravesar la v&iacute;a con la seguridad de que no va a ser utilizada por ning&uacute;n convoy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span>La ubicaci&oacute;n deber&iacute;a estar cercana al calzo que protege la entrada\/salida de la cochera, justo antes de la v&iacute;a principal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Madrid, 26 de octubre de 2004<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Por SOLIDARIDAD OBRERA<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoBodyText\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Fdo.
