{"id":508,"date":"2006-10-17T01:00:00","date_gmt":"2006-10-17T01:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/2006\/10\/17\/trenes-falta-de-visibilidad-en-cierre-de-puertas\/"},"modified":"2016-09-19T00:31:24","modified_gmt":"2016-09-19T00:31:24","slug":"trenes-falta-de-visibilidad-en-cierre-de-puertas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/confederal\/2006\/10\/17\/trenes-falta-de-visibilidad-en-cierre-de-puertas\/","title":{"rendered":"Trenes, Falta de visibilidad en cierre de puertas"},"content":{"rendered":"<br \/>\n<h1 style=\"line-height: 200%\"><strong><span>UNIDAD DE PREVENCI&Oacute;N Y SALUD LABORAL<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; line-height: 200%\">COMITE DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; line-height: 200%\">UNIDAD OPERATIVA<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"right\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Asunto: <strong>Deficiencias de visibilidad en la maniobra de apertura <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"right\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">y cierre de puertas en los trenes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Hemos constatado la dificultad que existe en las estaciones de l&iacute;neas donde los trenes que circulan tienen seis coches, de comprobar con seguridad que el cierre de las puertas se efect&uacute;a con todas las garant&iacute;as para los viajeros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Esta problem&aacute;tica es mayor cuando se trata de los &uacute;ltimos coches y se incrementa, a&uacute;n m&aacute;s, en horarios de mayor afluencia de viajeros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">A pesar de la profesionalidad y de la diligencia de los conductores, en ocasiones y debido a la entrada y salida de los viajeros tras el pitido de anuncio de cierre de puertas, se producen incidentes (golpes, atrapamientos, etc.) que no deben imputarse al trabajador; pero que generan conflictos y enfrentamientos con los conductores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">La Empresa<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\"> debe de:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt 50.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: Symbol\"><span>&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Instalar c&aacute;maras en el centro de los andenes que env&iacute;en las im&aacute;genes de los &uacute;ltimos coches del tren a monitores situados en los pi&ntilde;ones de salida. Lo que permitir&iacute;a una mejor visi&oacute;n del final de los andenes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt 50.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: Symbol\"><span>&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Reubicar el teleindicador de and&eacute;n que en muchos casos impide la visibilidad del final del tren (ej. Avenida Am&eacute;rica 7).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt 50.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -18pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%; font-family: Symbol\"><span>&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; line-height: 200%\">Realizar una campa&ntilde;a de sensibilizaci&oacute;n\/educaci&oacute;n hacia los viajeros referente a &ldquo;No entrar ni salir despu&eacute;s del toque de silbato&rdquo;, &ldquo;Dejen salir antes de entrar&rdquo;.
