FORMACION EN MATERIA DE PREVENCI\u00d3N<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family: \"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">Se propone iniciarla en el \u00faltimo trimestre de 2005, de las dos opciones posibles (formaci\u00f3n a todos los trabajadores o formaci\u00f3n de formadores) se elige la 2\u00aa opci\u00f3n, lo que conlleva formar a mandos intermedios y superiores de las distintas concejal\u00edas para que a su vez act\u00faen .como formadores de sus compa\u00f1eros Esta opci\u00f3n es m\u00e1s econ\u00f3mica y nos facilita la formaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores en el momento de su incorporaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">Se decide que en PPJJ y Conservaci\u00f3n se imparta a oficiales y capataces, en el \u00e1rea administrativa a los responsables de cada \u00e1rea, que tambi\u00e9n ser\u00e1n los encargados de transmitirla a los conserjes, el personal sanitario ser\u00e1 formado por la Dra. Especialista en medicina en el trabajo y eL profesorado, trabajadores sociales, animadores, etc, bien por alg\u00fan responsable o bien por uno de ellos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">Independientemente de esto, y para cumplir con el deber de formaci\u00f3n, est\u00e1n en proceso de elaboraci\u00f3n de unos peque\u00f1os folletos informativos que se proporcionar\u00e1n a todos los trabajadores que est\u00e9n actualmente en el Ayuntamiento as\u00ed como a todos aquellos que se vayan incorporando. A los peones de la campa\u00f1a de verano se les dar\u00e1 en el momento de su incorporaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">Se propone que la distinci\u00f3n entre las materias y las personas se haga por ep\u00edgrafes. Toda esta formaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 al margen de la Formaci\u00f3n Continua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%; text-indent: -18.2pt;\">2.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: \"> CONSTITUCI\u00d3N DEL SERVICIO DE PREVENCI\u00d3N\/ACREDlTACI\u00d3N DE SALUD LABORAL<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">La parte social ha acudido a la Consejer\u00eda de Sanidad donde se les ha confirmado que el Ayuntamiento ha presentado toda la documentaci\u00f3n y que la acreditaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 firmada con lo que s\u00f3lo queda que recibamos la notificaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">3. EVALUACIONES DE RIESGOS<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Tahoma; color: #333333;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">Si la acreditaci\u00f3n no llega a tiempo se contratar\u00e1n los t\u00e9cnicos correspondientes para realizar la evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos aunque no est\u00e9 constituido el Servicio de Prevenci\u00f3n. Se comenzar\u00e1 con Parques y Jardines y Conservaci\u00f3n aunque el Delegado de UGT afirma que le parece prioritario empezar en los lugares de mucha concurrencia como Cultura o Patronatos. En principio est\u00e1s se har\u00e1n despu\u00e9s de las mencionadas. Se contratar\u00e1n a partir de septiembre y se empezar\u00e1n en el \u00faltimo trimestre de 2005<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Tahoma; color: #333333;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family: \"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">4.<span style=\"font-family: \"> EVALUACI\u00d3N DE ESCUELAS TALLER, CENTRO DE EMPRESAS Y CENTRO DE FORMACI\u00d3N.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family: \"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">4.1. Escuelas Taller.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">Ya han comenzado a subsanar deficiencias:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">Formaci\u00f3n: aparte de la que ya dan en prevenci\u00f3n impartir\u00e1n otras 50 h. del curso b\u00e1sico de prevenci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Tahoma; color: #333333;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:6.0pt;margin-right:-.25pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">Se mejorar\u00e1n los medios contra incendios del edificio Giner de los R\u00edos (habilitaci\u00f3n de salida de emergencia, se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n, instalaci\u00f3n de BIES en el interior, pulsador de emergencia, m\u00e1s extintores en taller de carpinter\u00eda). Se llevar\u00e1n el almac\u00e9n de pinturas a una ubicaci\u00f3n fuera del edificio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin: 0cm 101.8pt 0.0001pt 173.25pt; line-height: 11.5pt\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:3.0pt;margin-right:-.3pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family: \"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">Iluminaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">: Se limpiar\u00e1n y sustituir\u00e1n l\u00e1mparas y se har\u00e1 nueva medici\u00f3n para ver si se amplia el n\u00ba de luminarias. En los despachos con deficiencias se les ha aconsejado la compra de flexos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:3.0pt;margin-right:-.3pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9.5pt; line-height: 11.5pt; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">Humedad<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">: Se instalar\u00e1n humidificadores a ser posible fuera de las aulas para evitar que [os estropeen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:3.0pt;margin-right:-.3pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9.5pt; line-height: 11.5pt; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">Temperatura<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">: En el Giner se aislar\u00e1n mejor las ventanas ya que la caldera no se va a sustituir. En Sahag\u00fan se han comprado climatizadores pero ha habido problemas en su instalaci\u00f3n con la comunidad de vecinos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:3.0pt;margin-right:-.3pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 9.5pt; line-height: 11.5pt; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">Ruido<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">: Se har\u00e1n audiometr\u00edas a todos los trabajadores de Carpinter\u00eda y Carpinter\u00eda Met\u00e1lica a los 9 meses del comienzo. Se les ha proporcionado el Plan de Se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n y de Emergencia. Las se\u00f1ales ya est\u00e1n encargadas y pr\u00f3ximamente se instalar\u00e1n. Solicitan colaboraci\u00f3n para implantar el Plan de Emergencia<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: Tahoma; color: #333333;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:3.0pt;margin-right:-.3pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 9.5pt; line-height: 11.5pt; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%; font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">Cuadros el\u00e9ctricos<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: \">: se ha comenzado a adaptarlos y en caso de que no se pueda se sustituir\u00e1n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:3.0pt;margin-right:-.3pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;font-family:\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">Se va a transformar la entrada al taller de fontaner\u00eda para adaptarlo a lo que refleja el informe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:3.0pt;margin-right:-.3pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">En la reuni\u00f3n se rechaza que la escala fija que sube a cubierta empiece a partir de 3 m. y proponen soluciones alternativas: hacer un recinto cerrado para la escala o bien hacerla fija en la parte superior y plegable sobre esta, la parte inferior.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:3.0pt;margin-right:-.3pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">Los Epis que no est\u00e1n adaptados se comprar\u00e1n. Se han retirado los nidos que se\u00f1alaba el informe<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:3.0pt;margin-right:-.3pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">Deficiencias m\u00e1s importantes que quedar\u00edan: revisi\u00f3n de instalaciones, verificar si hay alg\u00fan sistema de ventilaci\u00f3n localizada o similar en el taller de carpinter\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:3.0pt;margin-right:-.3pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; line-height: 150%;\">4.2. CENTRO DE FORMACI\u00d3N! CENTRO DE EMPRESAS<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"estilo\" style=\"margin-top:3.0pt;margin-right:-.3pt;margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;line-height:150%; background:white\"><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:150%;
