GESTI\u00d3N, S.L. concesionaria de la limpieza viaria de Pilar de la Horadada despide al trabajador Jos\u00e9 Francisco Albaladejo Hern\u00e1ndez, bajo la acusaci\u00f3n de no haber acudido al trabajo determinados d\u00edas en los que hab\u00eda convocada una huelga por el Sindicato de la CNT, del que forma parte Jos\u00e9 Francisco, que la empresa unilateralmente califica de manifiestamente ilegal, por negarle capacidad para convocar dicha huelga y por tratarse de una huelga solidaria en apoyo de ciertos trabajadores despedidos. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">La Huelga que utiliza de excusa S.T.V. GESTI\u00d3N S.L. para despedir a Jos\u00e9 Francisco data de 7 de agosto de 2.014, convocada no solo en apoyo de tres trabajadores despedidos pertenecientes a la Secci\u00f3n Sindical de CNT en la empresa, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">sino reivindicado otros muchos derechos laborales. Huelga indefinida que se lleva a cabo todos los \u00faltimos domingos de cada mes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">Desde la Secci\u00f3n Sindical de Solidaridad Obrera en S.T.V. GESTI\u00d3N, S.L. consideramos dicho despido como una represalia por la actividad sindical de Jos\u00e9 Francisco, al que le reconocemos toda una trayectoria de lucha en defensa de los derechos socio-laborales de la clase trabajadora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">Se permite S.T.V. GESTI\u00d3N S.L. calificar de \u201cmanifiestamente ilegal\u201d una huelga, con la que Solidaridad Obrera ha mostrado su pleno apoyo, erigi\u00e9ndose en juez y parte como, al parecer, le gustar\u00eda actuar en un sistema por la misma anhelado. Sucede, sin embargo, que esa calificaci\u00f3n, si acaso, corresponde a los jueces. Como tambi\u00e9n corresponder\u00e1 a \u00e9stos dirimir la flagrante vulneraci\u00f3n del derecho fundamental a la libertad sindical, a la indemnidad y a la tutela judicial efectiva, al menos, de nuestro compa\u00f1ero Jos\u00e9 Francisco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;\"> <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;\">Secci\u00f3n Sindical Solidaridad Obrera S.T.H.
