Es una muestra m\u00e1s de la falta de previsi\u00f3n de la que hace gala esta Direcci\u00f3n, ejemplos de una mala gesti\u00f3n y que garantiza que el servicio, los viajeros y los empleados de Metro paguemos, una vez m\u00e1s, las consecuencias de su inoperancia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 10.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 110%; mso-hyphenate: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 110%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; color: black; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Entrando a los detalles m\u00e1s destacados de estos cuadros se\u00f1alaremos, lo que a nuestro juicio son muestras de unos cuadros restrictivos. Tampoco nos han dado informaci\u00f3n sobre los porcentajes de los agentes que quedan en las diferentes reservas de tanto por ciento y mensuales, seg\u00fan el colectivo. Seg\u00fan nuestras cuentas, no existe plantilla suficiente, en ninguno de los colectivos de la Operativa (ni en Oficio) para estar dimensionadas con respecto a los cuadros que ellos mismo ofertan, qu\u00e9 decir con respecto a la futura demanda prevista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 10.0pt; margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 110%; mso-hyphenate: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 110%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; color: black; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">En resumen, m\u00e1s que unos cuadros son unos parches que intentan tapar la alarmante falta de personal, y que no pueden hacer frente a prestar un m\u00ednimo servicio de calidad y eficacia como corresponde a Metro de Madrid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: 10.0pt; margin-left: 36.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 110%; mso-hyphenate: none; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 110%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; color: black; mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Solidaridad Obrera, junto a otros integrantes del Comit\u00e9 de Empresa, vamos a presentar una impugnaci\u00f3n conjunta a las circulares donde se publican estos cuadros, en la que recogemos todos estos motivos, adem\u00e1s de la discriminaci\u00f3n que sufren los Jefes de Sector pertenecientes a Intervenci\u00f3n, al no permitirles solicitar vacantes durante el a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm;
