Los acuerdos son de un calibre tal que ya se vislumbra el final de estas arduas negociaciones. Est\u00e1n orgullosos porque, dicen que casi un 90% de conductores tiene la formaci\u00f3n de todos los materiales, y que prev\u00e9n que se conseguir\u00e1 el 100%. En cuanto al resto de personal, el Director de Operaciones nos dice que con el personal de trenes, (Tcos. L\u00ednea, J. Dep\u00f3sito, J. L\u00ednea) no ve muchos problemas, y que si alguno cree que necesita formaci\u00f3n que la pida\u2026 y se le incluir\u00e1 en un curso de los programados para conductor (sic). Desde Solidaridad Obrera le se\u00f1alamos las carencias que, no s\u00f3lo estas categor\u00edas, sino tambi\u00e9n en estaciones, existen en formaci\u00f3n, que es vergonzoso que sean los interesados los que tengan que solicitar completar su formaci\u00f3n, que no es cierto que en conductores se tenga tanta formaci\u00f3n, por ejemplo en veh\u00edculos auxiliares, que no es de recibo que mandos intermedios de trenes no tengan formaci\u00f3n en todos los materiales, etc. Que es fundamental que los trabajadores reciban la formaci\u00f3n adecuada y necesaria, y que no es aqu\u00ed donde se debe escatimar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm; margin-right: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-left: 39.0pt; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -18.0pt; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: 39.0pt;\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Symbol; mso-fareast-font-family: Symbol; mso-bidi-font-family: Symbol;\" lang=\"ES\">\u00b7<span style=\"font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';\"> <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;;\" lang=\"ES\">Ven posible aumentar a dos OTIC\u2019s en turno de noche en Moncloa. Se le discute que esa disminuci\u00f3n de fraude es precisamente por la actuaci\u00f3n de estos compa\u00f1eros cuya presencia es disuasoria, en ning\u00fan caso \u201cpolicial\u201d o recaudatoria.
