LA LIMPIEZA DEL METRO INFORMA:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tras casi cuatro a\u00f1os de crisis, de recortes salvajes en todos los sectores, y el paro oscilando entre los 5 y los 6 millones de parados; creemos que por primera vez en mucho tiempo, probablemente desde la \u00faltima crisis producida por la burbuja inmobiliaria en este pa\u00eds en 1993, se dan las condiciones apropiadas para que le toque el turno a la Limpieza del Metro. Algunos recordar\u00e1n aquella \u00e9poca problem\u00e1tica y dif\u00edcil, sin embargo las circunstancias actuales son bastante m\u00e1s severas tanto econ\u00f3micamente, como en las reformas realizadas por el gobierno. Actualmente el convenio del sector est\u00e1 paralizado, la nueva reforma laboral castigar\u00e1 duramente y esta vez de manera individual el absentismo. Como gran novedad tambi\u00e9n facilitar\u00e1 de manera descarada el descuelgue del convenio sectorial y dar\u00e1 prioridad a los acuerdos de empresa a\u00fan desmejorando este las condiciones del convenio hasta poder reducir los derechos a Estatuto de los Trabajadores. Otro punto a tener en cuenta es la nueva flexibilidad horaria que aumentar\u00e1 de un 5% a un 20% de la jornada.<\/p>\n

A todas estas malas noticias, se le suman el plan de ahorro de Metro salido a la luz el 8 de Abril en El pais.com. En ese plan se pretende ahorrar 150 millones de \u20ac, de los cuales 62,5 se recortar\u00edan de manera inmediata, a pesar de que el presupuesto actual es de 1.233 millones de \u20ac. En ese plan propuesto, como 1a y ya aprobada medida, se subir\u00e1 el precio del billete sencillo en un 7% viajando 6 estaciones, y hasta un 33% si se viaja 10 o m\u00e1s estaciones, y el Metrobus un 30%. Habiendo aprobado la medida m\u00e1s impopular entre los usuarios, creemos que no dudar\u00e1n en aplicar las siguientes medidas planteadas, como cerrar el Metro 2 horas antes, la menos probable de todas ya que ingresar\u00edan menos; o las m\u00e1s preocupantes, despedir a 691 vigilantes, ampliar la periodicidad de la limpieza nocturna de un mes a tres, reducir el n\u00famero de limpiadores\/as de la ma\u00f1ana, despedir a un millar de empleados de las contratas y reubicar a 174 trabajadores\/as de Metro. Sumando por supuesto las bajadas de presupuesto en los contratos de Material M\u00f3vil y Dep\u00f3sitos ya adjudicados muy a la baja del presupuesto m\u00e1ximo, en m\u00e1s de un 20% en la mayor\u00eda de los casos.<\/p>\n

Ya no nos hace falta especular m\u00e1s, est\u00e1 claro que los recortes en salario, o m\u00e1s probablemente en plantilla, por ser esta opci\u00f3n la m\u00e1s rentable para las empresas a largo plazo, es INMINENTE !!!!!<\/p>\n

Por tanto la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n que nos queda, es que las empresas piensen que volvemos a estar unidos y que no nos vamos a quedar quietos mientras nos echan a la calle y arruinan a nuestras familias como ya han hecho a m\u00e1s de 4 millones de obreros en el estado espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n
