Se trat\u00f3 de la situaci\u00f3n actual a la que nos enfrentamos tras las manifestaciones del 7 y 15 de febrero (la Incapacidad Temporal, las jubilaciones parciales y las subidas salariales del a\u00f1o 2011 y 2012).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A la Asamblea General se llev\u00f3 la oferta de la empresa relacionada con la subida salarial para 2012: 2 \u20ac del plus de reorganizaci\u00f3n y un 0\u20195% en el resto de conceptos salariales en concepto \u00aba cuenta\u00bb, incluida la subida a tanto alzado de cuarenta c\u00e9ntimos para los plus de correturnos, jornada partida, Metro Ligero, y 530.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Se llevaron dos propuestas; la primera de la mayor\u00eda sindical (Solidaridad Obrera, Sindicato Libre, CC.OO y U.G.T.) consistente en convocar paros de 2 horas los d\u00edas 13, 21 y de 3 horas el d\u00eda 29 de marzo junto con una concentraci\u00f3n y Asambleas Generales los d\u00edas 12 y 28; y la segunda del Sindicato de Conductores consistente en aceptar la propuesta econ\u00f3mica de la empresa para 2012, seguir negociando y convocar una concentraci\u00f3n ante la Consejer\u00eda de Econom\u00eda y Hacienda para el 22 de marzo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">La empresa buscaba la divisi\u00f3n de los trabajadores y en un principio lo consigui\u00f3, ya que la situaci\u00f3n vivida en la asamblea fue, en algunas ocasiones, vergonzosa: trabajadores discutiendo airadamente y enfrentandose entre ellos cuando el enemigo est\u00e1 en otra parte, en vez de ir juntos a luchar por defender nuestros derechos. Hubo incluso diversos responsables sindicales que se dedicaron a provocar, actitud reprochable en todo momento que debemos erradicar de las asambleas de trabajadores. Esa \u00abvalentia chulesca\u00bb hay demostrarla ante la Direcci\u00f3n de la empresa, no ante los trabajadores.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Se quiera o no se quiera estamos condenados a entendernos y a luchar en unidad para defender nuestros derechos, que son de todos los trabajadores y trabajadoras de Metro y no de una categor\u00eda o secci\u00f3n exclusivamente. No hay que olvidar que las condiciones y derechos que hoy disfrutamos son porque generaciones anteriores lucharon por lo que hoy tenemos, luchas duras que costaron detenciones, despidos e incluso c\u00e1rcel, y no podemos dejar que nos lo arrebaten.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Los resultados de la votaci\u00f3n fueron 445 a favor de la primera propuesta (paros) y 438 a favor de la segunda. El SCMM, su ejecutiva y sus afiliados tienen que ver la manera de llevar a cabo lo decidido por la Asamblea y con el apoyo del resto, en unidad, podemos hacer retroceder las decisiones tomadas por la empresa.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El calendario aprobado es el siguiente:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">+<strong> 12 de Marzo<\/strong>: <strong>Asamblea General <\/strong>en Plaza de Castilla a las 10:00 h. y a las 18:00 h.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; <strong>13 de Marzo<\/strong>: <strong>Huelgas de dos horas<\/strong>. Turno de noche 03:00 a 05:00; turno de ma\u00f1ana de 07:00 h. a 09:00h. (06:45 a 08:45 para los conductores) y turno de tarde de 17:00 a 19:00.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">&#8211; <strong>21 de Marzo<\/strong>: <strong>Huelgas de dos horas <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">T<\/span>urno de noche 03:00 a 05:00; turno de ma\u00f1ana de 07:00 h. a 09:00 h. (06:45 h. a 09:45 h. para los conductores) y turno de tarde de 17:00 h. a 20:00 h.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0.1cm; margin-bottom: 0.1cm; line-height: 150%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman,serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">El Comit\u00e9 de Huelga lo formamos nueve personas de Solidaridad Obrera, Sindicato Libre, CC.OO y U.G.T , todos los sindicatos excepto el Sindicato de Conductores, ya que la decisi\u00f3n de su propia asamblea del 23-F se lo impide, por el momento. Por ello y en aras a buscar la m\u00e1xima unidad posible, los sindicatos hemos decidido afrontar las negociaciones como Comisi\u00f3n de Seguimiento de Convenio para contar con la presencia de todos. El viernes, 2 de marzo, se celebrar\u00e1 la primera reuni\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Seguimiento con la empresa.
