{"id":10899,"date":"2022-12-10T05:09:39","date_gmt":"2022-12-10T05:09:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/confederal\/?p=10899"},"modified":"2026-02-03T12:55:10","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T12:55:10","slug":"conflicto-colectivo-en-stv-gestion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/confederal\/2022\/12\/10\/conflicto-colectivo-en-stv-gestion\/","title":{"rendered":"Conflicto Colectivo en STV Gesti\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Sindicato SOLIDARIDAD OBRERA, interpone conflicto colectivo contra la empresa <strong>STV GESTI\u00d3N<\/strong> por vulnerar los derechos de informaci\u00f3n de la Secci\u00f3n Sindical de SOLIDARIDAD OBRERA y por la falta de aplicaci\u00f3n del plus de peligrosidad, toxicidad y penosidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras continuos e infructuosos intentos, solicitando a la empresa el cumplimiento del derecho de informaci\u00f3n que nos otorga una secci\u00f3n sindical leg\u00edtimamente constituida y que adem\u00e1s cuenta con representaci\u00f3n en el comit\u00e9 de empresa (3 representantes), y ante las constantes negativas por cumplir lo que legalmente nos pertenece, SOLIDARIDAD OBRERA interpuso demanda de <strong>CONFLICTO COLECTIVO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los intentos y acercamientos por parte del Sindicato SOLIDARIDAD OBRERA por evitar esta demanda han sido contestados por la empresa con promesas incumplidas desde hace dos a\u00f1os, descalificaciones hacia este sindicato y sus afiliados, adem\u00e1s de demostrar una falta total de respeto hacia la plantilla de trabajadores y trabajadoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El SINDICATO SOLIDARIDAD OBRERA, continuar\u00e1 luchando por aquellos trabajadores y trabajadoras que componen la plantilla de la empresa para lograr la retribuci\u00f3n que por convenio colectivo se debe aplicar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El d\u00eda 12 de diciembre 2022, se celebrar\u00e1 el TAL, paso previo para interponer la demanda al Juzgado<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Sindicato SOLIDARIDAD OBRERA, interpone conflicto colectivo contra la empresa STV GESTI\u00d3N por vulnerar los derechos de informaci\u00f3n de la Secci\u00f3n Sindical de SOLIDARIDAD OBRERA y por la falta de [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":10900,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"postBodyCss":"","postBodyMargin":[],"postBodyPadding":[],"postBodyBackground":{"backgroundType":"classic","gradient":""},"ngg_post_thumbnail":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[216],"tags":[852,854],"class_list":["post-10899","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-federacion-local-de-alicante","tag-alicante","tag-stv-gestion"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
