FALTA DE DOTACI\u00d3N A L@S OFICIALES\/AS DE NUEVO INGRESO."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div data-wp-interactive=\"core\/file\" class=\"wp-block-file\"><object data-wp-bind--hidden=\"!state.hasPdfPreview\" hidden class=\"wp-block-file__embed\" data=\"https:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/confederal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Aviso-882022.pdf\" type=\"application\/pdf\" style=\"width:100%;height:600px\" aria-label=\"Incrustado de Aviso-882022.\"><\/object><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-f043b623-5635-473b-8fbf-e63be3a1ccfa\" href=\"https:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/confederal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Aviso-882022.pdf\">Aviso-882022<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.solidaridadobrera.org\/confederal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Aviso-882022.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button wp-element-button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-f043b623-5635-473b-8fbf-e63be3a1ccfa\">Descarga<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color\"><strong>FALTA DE DOTACI\u00d3N A L@S OFICIALES\/AS DE NUEVO INGRESO.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Los 70 nuevos compa\u00f1eros que ingresaron el pasado 17 de noviembre fueron citados en Plaza Castilla, para presumir de sede social, qu\u00e9 magn\u00edficas instalaciones y qu\u00e9 gran empresa\u2026 Tras la firma, se les dot\u00f3 de las prendas de trabajo con las que deben prestar su servicio desde el d\u00eda 18.<br>Pero la dotaci\u00f3n se qued\u00f3 corta, para nuestra sorpresa solo le entregaron abrigo a 8 de los 70 nuevos compa\u00f1eros, aun as\u00ed, estas nuevas compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros ten\u00edan que incorporarse a sus puestos, bien para continuar la formaci\u00f3n, o bien para iniciar su servicio.<br><strong>Solidaridad Obrera<\/strong> record\u00f3 que en esas condiciones se expon\u00eda a estas nuevas compa\u00f1eras y compa\u00f1eros a bajas temperaturas sin las medidas preventivas que correspondan como marca el R.D. 486\/97.<br>La Direcci\u00f3n, como parche a su falta de previsi\u00f3n, asigna los d\u00edas que les corresponden de vacaciones como soluci\u00f3n y poder conseguir completar la dotaci\u00f3n, algo que tenia que estar resuelto antes de la firma, a los asignados a las secciones de V\u00edas y Obras.<br>Desde <strong>Solidaridad Obrera<\/strong> queremos dejar claro que las medidas preventivas son de obligado cumplimiento y no se negocian. Quien cuenta entre su dotaci\u00f3n con un chaquet\u00f3n es por que va a estar expuesto a bajas temperaturas y no vamos a permitir que se escatime en seguridad.<br>Velar por la salud y la seguridad de los trabajadores de Metro es una prioridad para <strong>Solidaridad Obrera<\/strong>, y cualquier situaci\u00f3n que suponga un riesgo para la seguridad o la salud de cualquier trabajador o trabajadora, ser\u00e1 denunciada, mal que les pese a los propios interesados, u otros quieran aprovecharlo para \u201cpescar afiliaciones\u201d.<br>Por otra parte, esos responsables que, en cuanto pueden, cargan contra los representantes de los sindicatos, el comit\u00e9 de empresa o los sindicatos, m\u00e1s les valdr\u00eda conocer sus obligaciones y las normas de prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos, aplic\u00e1ndolas cuando as\u00ed est\u00e1 previsto, que hacer interpretaciones sesgadas, mal informar y responsabilizar a la parte social de sus carencias y desconocimiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FALTA DE DOTACI\u00d3N A L@S OFICIALES\/AS DE NUEVO INGRESO.
