line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Asunto: <strong>Deficiencias de seguridad e higiene <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Dep&oacute;sito de Cuatro Vientos (3&ordm; escrito)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]-->&nbsp;<!--[endif]--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 35.4pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Tras una nueva visita realizada a este dep&oacute;sito, hemos constatado que persisten la mayor parte de las deficiencias comunicadas el 24 de noviembre de 2006 y, adem&aacute;s, se han constatado otras m&aacute;s:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Servicios comunes de la planta baja, pasillo cabinas de Mantenimiento:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0cm; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Symbol\">&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Los lavabos (son de pulsador), sin que el usuario pueda regular la temperatura conveniente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0cm; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Symbol\">&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Los medios existentes de ventilaci&oacute;n<span>&nbsp; <\/span>no son suficientes para eliminar los malos olores que se acumulan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 0cm; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Symbol\">&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">En el habit&aacute;culo de los retretes falta la preceptiva percha<span>&nbsp; <\/span>(en los tres retretes) y cerrojos en los servicios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]-->&nbsp;<!--[endif]--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]-->&nbsp;<!--[endif]--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Vestuarios Mantenimiento:<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 53.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -32.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Symbol\">&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Ninguno de los retretes dispone de la percha correspondiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 53.5pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -32.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: Symbol\">&middot;<span style=\"font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">No existe un sistema de ventilaci&oacute;n; no hay ventanas ni extractores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 35.45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: -14.15pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><!--[if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-stretch: normal\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Hay goteras en techo y falta de paneles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 21.3pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]-->&nbsp;<!--[endif]--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Foso V&iacute;a 31.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Se trabaja con excesivo fr&iacute;o, no se han tomado medidas para solucionarlo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]-->&nbsp;<!--[endif]--><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">V&iacute;as desde la 20 hasta la 28 inclusive.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Faltan planchas del techo, por la parte de la cabina del jefe de dep&oacute;sito, quedando esa zona a la intemperie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><!--[if !supportEmptyParas]-->&nbsp;<!--[endif]--><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Comunicaci&oacute;n con el radiotel&eacute;fono:<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">En dicho dep&oacute;sito existen problemas de comunicaciones en relaci&oacute;n al radiotel&eacute;fono; en el canal all&iacute; existente (canal 1) se entrecruzan se&ntilde;ales y llamadas a Dep&oacute;sito 1 y a L&iacute;nea 5; origin&aacute;ndose, en ocasiones, situaciones confusas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 14.2pt; line-height: 200%\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Desde Solidaridad Obrera instamos a que<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"> se tomen las medidas oportunas para subsanar todo lo descrito, ya que incide negativamente sobre la salud y seguridad de los trabajadores. Exigimos que resuelvan los problemas y deficiencias denunciadas y no perjudiquen las condiciones de trabajo.
